How true this saying is!
I'm sure we can all think of a time when we have done both unfortunately. The people who trust us and treat us well deserve the best from us but they don't always get it. On the other hand, the people who treat us badly quite often we chase them for attention or approval.
Try to appreciate the good people around you and show them you care :)
